WINNIPEG, MB:<\/strong> Cleanr Property Maintenance<\/a> has hired Paul Post as its new Operations Manager, filling a newly created leadership position designed to support the company's continued growth and strengthen its day-to-day field operations. Post joins Cleanr Property Maintenance after having worked for many years with another lawn company, and is thrilled to bring his experience to Cleanr\u2019s Winnipeg-based team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleanr announced the creation of its Operations Manager position earlier this year as the company entered its 12th year in business. The role was developed to provide additional leadership for an operation that now includes multiple crews, year-round services, equipment, scheduling, customer communication, and quality control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Operations Manager, Post will help oversee Cleanr's day-to-day field operations, with responsibilities spanning production, staffing, scheduling, customer service, quality control, team development, and operational improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appointment adds another layer of experienced leadership to a company that has grown substantially since its beginnings as a one-person operation in 2015. Cleanr now provides residential and commercial lawn care, snow removal, and other property maintenance services throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Operations Manager position is also intended to support Cleanr's employees as the company grows. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the role includes helping onboard and coach employees, developing future leaders, improving internal processes, and ensuring crews have the support they need to provide consistent service in the field. Post's industry experience will allow him to step into the position with an understanding of the challenges involved in running seasonal lawn care operations and coordinating teams in a service-focused business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the new Operations Manager now in place, Cleanr Property Maintenance is continuing to invest in the people and systems needed to support its growing operation while maintaining the professional service that has been central to the company since its founding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
