Cleanr Property Maintenance & Covid-19

Hello Valued Customer,

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has impacted and is continuing to impact our community. At Cleanr Property Maintenance, we value each customer relationship and see no reason, at the present time, to suspend our sales and design operations or otherwise cancel scheduled recurring work for the upcoming season. We will continue to monitor the situation as we are now in a Provincial State of Emergency and will make changes as requested by our Government. Keep in mind that we can and often perform the work at your home without the need for you to be there. We can provide consultations without physically meeting if that makes you more comfortable. We can speak over the phone to discuss the needs of your property while on site if you do not want to come outside. At the same time, we value the health and well-being of all individuals and want to do what we can to protect our employees, customers, and everyone with whom we do business. At this time, we are taking the following measures to keep safety as our top priority:

  • Our employees will refrain from shaking hands or other close personal contact with each other and with customers, and will keep an appropriate safe distance during conversations (5 feet is the recommendation).
  • Our offices are disinfected for client visits and new sanitizer stations are located throughout the building for staff and visitors. However, at this time we will not be allowing customers into the building without a phone call prior. All doors will remain locked during working hours.
  • While we typically go into your home to discuss specifications for larger projects, we will not be entering client homes for the foreseeable future.
  • We are putting an emphasis on virtual estimates and will be limiting in person contact between estimators and clients.
  • Employees have been advised to stay home if they feel ill in any way.
  • While onsite, crews will continue to work as we always have. If the timeline on a project that is scheduled or waiting to be scheduled needs to change due to reduction in employee availability or other presently unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted, and we will work with you to reschedule.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. We are monitoring the situation closely by staying informed with the most up-to-date information from the Government of Canada and local Public Health authorities.

Sincerely,

Kristian Zoppa

Covid-19 Internal Company Protocols

Hello Team,

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has impacted and is continuing to impact our community. At Cleanr Property Maintenance, we value each team member and see no reason, at the present time, to suspend scheduled recurring work for the upcoming season. We will continue to monitor the situation as we are now in a Provincial State of Emergency and will make changes as requested by our Government. Keep in mind that we can and often perform the work without the need for the customer to be present. We value the health and well-being of all individuals and want to do what we can to protect our employees, customers, and everyone with whom we do business. At this time, we are taking the following measures to keep safety as our top priority and these must be followed by all staff:

OFFICE:

  • All hard surfaces and frequently touched surfaces in the office and shop must be wiped down with a bleach mix at the end of every day (this is up to the last person in the building each day). This includes all door handles, light switches, sink knobs, etc.

FIELD STAFF:

  • All staff MUST wear gloves in the trucks at all times to prevent the spread of potential germs.
  • All staff MUST wear masks in the truck if they are not the only one in the truck.
  • All staff MUST wipe down all frequently touched, hard surfaces in the trucks at the end of every shift with a bleach solution.
  • All staff will refrain from shaking hands or other close personal contact with each other and with customers, and will keep an appropriate safe distance during conversations (6 feet is the recommendation).

ALL STAFF:

  • If you feel ill in any way, you must notify the office immediately and may be forced to stay home for a period of 14 days.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. We are monitoring the situation closely by staying informed with the most up-to-date information from the Government of Canada and local Public Health authorities

Sincerely,

Kristian Zoppa
